Why I’m Building This

I’ve spent 35 years building software and leading engineering teams — twice as CTO, twice as VP of Engineering. I’ve watched good service businesses lose real money to something dumb: a phone that didn’t get answered.

The technology to fix this exists now. Voice AI is finally good enough that customers don’t hate it, and integrations are cheap. Q: What does it cost?
